Ladies Conference

This is for Mom :) ...  so you can see the fun we had in the kitchen for 95 ladies (plus staff and students) this weekend!  Bonnie Thomas was here as guest speaker, being strengthened past a terrible cold (possibly pneumonia) that she's been fighting.  The ladies had a lovely time, and of course the desserts are always fun to make, so here is a small taste of the fun...

Mandarin Chicken Salad- one or two trays on each of 19 tables!

Lots of yummy desserts as well as cheese and crackers.  The rice crackers from Costco were the biggest hit!

One of the best coffee cakes ever!  From Pillsbury Quick Breads cookbook- Sour Cream Coffee Cake and then I added almonds and craisens.

mmmm love the biscotti!
